Trustee Online - Governance Module
Published by Texas Healthcare Trustees

Welcome to TRUSTEE ONLINE, providing 24/7 education for hospital and health care trustees. The Governance module is one in a series of nine different modules. Effective and efficient governance is about providing critical capital – intellect, a solid reputation, resources and access – to power success and strengthen the mission of the hospital or health system and to improve the community’s health.

This module of TRUSTEE ONLINE was underwritten by a contribution from Merritt Hawkins and Staff Care, AMN Healthcare companies. Healthcare Governance Academy, a trademarked organization under Texas Healthcare Trustees, partnered with Merritt Hawkins and Staff Care, the nation’s leading physician staffing and consulting firms, to bring tools to hospital board members. Their contribution of leadership, resources, and expertise has made this project possible.
